Woodworkers: How to Participate
- Build a project - of any size and style. Note that there may also be woodworking tools donated as items for sale/auction.
- Set up fundraising event in your local area (ex. a raffle box or silent auction is set up in the local pharmacy) or online (ex. eBay) or use any other creative fundraising method.
- Post your project on LumberJocks.com and tag it with stc-2007 (of course you may add any additional tags too):
Note that you don't need to use 'stc-2007' in your project title. - Don't forget to include your contact details in the project description. Plus describe how you are going to raise the money - whether it is a silent auction, highest bidder, direct sale etc.. as well as where item will be on display if you choose to do that.
- Collect money and send to our contact at Save The Children together with the Donation Form (download PDF format or download Word DOC format) before January 1st, 2008:

- Receive a hat and a keychain measuring tape from Lee Valley as a thank you for your generosity (donations must be submitted by January 1, 2008 to receive the free gift).
