I've been a hobby woodworker for 40+ years and have founded two woodworking guilds including the Shuswap Woodworkers Guild where I now reside. Essentially I am the family's furniture maker and renovator. My special interest is Greene & Greene and Stickley. I'm an ebay fan checking out tool offerings early each morning with my first coffee while I await the company of my wife of 46 years.

Glad to see that you have decided to add LJs to your list of life experiences. I am sure that you will find it to be a pleasurable experience. It should tie in nicely with your ebaying. But, of course, all that computer time does make it difficult to schedule some shop time as well. Anyway have fun and keep the post coming it is always nice to see other woodworkers in action.

John where are the photos of the bench and #6 plane? Actually I’m in the interior between Chase and Salmon Arm but getting set to relocate to the Island in the next couple of years. Good luck with the shop build.
