« Part 6: Bottom with double blast gate Part 7 of TS outfeed table with downdraft series Part 8: The eagle has landed »

Mounted the DC stubs to the bottom and then attached the bottom with TBII and screws.

Using textured one side 1/4” Masonite with the smooth side in for the sloped pieces.

I taped the transition from the slope to the bottom on the inside so the debris doesn’t hang up at the transition. And I caulked the angled joints at either end. The Masonite is attached with screws only, so I can get back in there if I decide I need some kind of baffle.

Next is to mount the table between the TS and my work bench.

You’re making great progress on this!!! Looking sharp.

I’m anxiously awaiting the “test phase”, so see just how much this thing sucks!!!

-- Randy-- I may not be good...but I am slow! If good things come to those who wait.... Why is procratination a bad thing?

Have your say...
