Anyone ever have a cordless drill that lasted more than a couple years? - 79 replies My latest cordless drill is on its way out. I am VERY disappointed because this has been the best performing cordless drill I have owned to date. Sadly its going down hill fast after only a couple years of light hobby use. Frog Launcher carnival game? - 6 replies A friend asked me to build this thing for him to use in a charity event that he is participating in. How hot should a jigsaw get? - 6 replies I just bought a Bosch barrell grip jig saw off of Amazon. I tried it out on some 3/4 ply and I am very pleased with the saw. It is smooth and the cuts are very nice. My quesiton is, after only about 5 minutes of using the jigsaw it was pretty darn hot. Is this normal? Amazon |

dowels are TOO tight. What to do? - 39 replies I have 1/2” dowels and a 1/2” forstner bit. The trouble is the dowels are VERY tight. Sketchup stretch ruby script - 16 replies I saw a video tutorial on line showing a ruby plug in that can stretch a piece with tenons and not screw up the tenon dimensions.
