    That's a great looking floor. I just saw an end-grain floor very similar to yours at the Getty Museum in Los Angeles. The museum itself is spectacular for it's art, but as a lumberman I couldn't take my eyes off the floors. Lot of rift&quartered white oak, some herringbone, and the end-grain pattern in the cafe.
