I have 20 used clothes armoire’s that I have to paint.They have a varnish coat on them with lots of scuff and scratches on them.I have heard that I can paint them if I sand off the gloss and then prime them with Zinsser BIN ; then apply paint and a top coat.But which one? Spraying Spar Varnish - 14 replies
Has anyone had any experience spraying marine spar varnish with a Critter spray gun?I have twenty newly-made adirondack chairs, stained & ready. I sprayed the stain on ok with the Critter gun; but I have found nothing about spraying spar varish with it.Do I need to thin the varnish, etc? Thanks!

Automatic Vacuum Switch - 6 replies
Anyone know of an Automatic Vacuum Switch made for a Delta 50-760 Dust Collector? I have tried iVac switch from Lee Valley Tools, but the 50-760 motor draws too much power and trips the breaker. Delta 50-760: 1-1/2 HP , 120/240V (wired for 120V) , 1 Phase, 60Hz Any help very much appreciated !!!
