Hey, thanks for the warm welcome everyone! Great to see such a friendly bunch.

I’m really looking forward to the chance to get to know more about everyone and in sharing woodbutchering thoughts with one and all.

Right now I’m busier’n a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs so if I’m a little slow on the uptake please stand by. And I betcha ya’ll will be interested in what I’m busy with, too. Just got me a spankin’ new workshop – first time ever I’ve had a space all to my own to set up as a wood shop. Not quite through with wiring yet so it’s still “working on my workshop” and not quite “working IN the shop” but it’s all pretty nifty to have the chance to do any of this stuff.

More later, folks, and I look forward to sharing with you all.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

Mark, going through the same phase as you … but without the stash of cash. So I am still in the dreaming phase. I have a one car garage to work with and have to fit in my harley and all the tools that I am dreaming of getting. So still in the planning stage. Good luck and keep us posted.

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself a little over a year ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…
