Sorry, it has been awhile since I first joined this site and I haven’t been real active.
I have a question about bamboo sources. I would like to do a end grain cutting board, but realize that there aren’t any true “boards” to start with. Is there a source for bamboo that if it is a laminate of some sort, it has a food grade adhesive? How are the commercial boards made?
