How to attach feet to a Box/Board/Tray

where i live, all the drawer handles come with a standard 4mm thread. there is many local stores in which you can find endless selection of handles, which can be easily used as feet for boxes, boards, trays etc.
this is how I connect them in my projects:

Brass spreading threaded inserts

-- Only by the 4th time I realized how it was suppose to be done in the first place.

They have over 5 Million parts in stock covering over 200 product lines, very good, bought all of my inserts off of these chaps.
