some of you may wonder what the title means – well i a got a letter yesterday informing me that i have a new great niece, while i was reading it we got a pone call that my mother-in law just past away. strange that one can get two of the most happy and sad things on the sameday. well thats the way the world works , one life begins and the other ends,so all i can say is enjoy your loved ones as much as you can, because ” time waits for no one ” enjoy the time you have now peace and happyness to you all .thank’s for listening -shinju

the ever changing tides of life

without it
just another
block of ice

sorry for your loss
happy for your gain

keep your head up
pray for rain

Well. I’m sorry about the passing of the mother in law but it’s wonderful that there is a new baby in the family. You’re right; we only have one life to live and when we are near death we surely don’t want to be looking back on our life with more regrets than good memories – not that that was the case with the mother in law – but another way to say we should not waste time but make the most of our lives because we never know when our time to go might come. Thanks for the post.

May the peace that passes all understanding and the joy that fills the heart always be with you.
A time of memories past and a future of memories fill your life of joyous times of the lives we live.
Take care and know your not alone.

im glad that the miracle of birth and the fact that your family continues to grow is a wonderful blessing, and as the world has often wondered about death…and some look at it as an end…i would like to encourage you to think of it as a continuation…as i believe the spirit of your mother in law is now gone home to god who gave that spirit, and some day you will see her again…as you and i and everyone on this wonderful world will all die…but its not an end… try to be happy in the fact that your mother in law has finished her time here…we of coarse go on in life…lets all strive to make life here the best for us and those we are around..lets love one another and support each other as in a time like this…and lets let shinju know that we are here for him and will grieve with him…but love continues…grizz

I am sorry to hear of your mother in laws passing, and glad to hear about the new great niece. It is obvious by your wording that you got along with your mother in law so much better than I did my ex mother in law. And unfortunately LOML lost her mom a couple of years before we met… I can say this much, good relations with the in laws is a tremendous blessing… Be grateful for the time you had here…

What a strange day you had, Shinju. It must have felt a little confusing, as in not knowing what to feel, exactly. Maybe your mother-in-law would be happy to see your family celebrating the birth of a new baby. On the one hand, I am sorry for your family’s loss, and on the other, happy to hear the good news of a healthy baby girl born to you.
