    Well, another year has rolled by. It must have been a really fun year because it seems like yesterday when I congratulated you on being a LJ for 2 years. Congratulations on your 3rd anniversary at Lumber Jocks. Thanks for helping make LJ a great place to visit and happy anniversary!

    Thank you Sharad for your kind words about my dream shop. Now the next thing I'm wanting is "time" because the shop is ilocated n my hometown about 2hr drive (150kms) from Kuala Lumpur.

    Seeing your projects and knowing that you accomplished them with hand tools….an old fret saw…etc., is amazing! It shows the patience you must have and the care you must show while doing your work! It's very inspiring to someone like me who is new to woodworking. Thank you for sharing your skills with us! : )

    A late welcome to a great site, where one is always felt welcomed. Nice projects, also tell the little girl that she did a great job on the eyes and mouth of the piece out of bamboo.

    i just used a cheaper red oak and besides the rancid smell when it is cut (a reasonable price to pay for the quality) and i used a natural danish oil finish on it.

    mill in our area.

    To get a full information on wood working in India I would suggest that u download 'Woodwork India' and u will get vast information on this subject.
