All my life from a child I have wanted to do some woodworking. Early on I had neither the time, the talent, nor the money. Now that I am 79 years old and retired I have the time.

Welcome to lumberjocks, you will always find that the shop is never big enough, but that is half the fun,
trying to arrange it efficiently, and making room for that new whatever it is. My shop is my solution to
staying out of trouble and off street corners as well as having fun. Just finished helping my 6 year old
great grandson build two rocking chairs for him and his sister, way more fun than doing it myself. Hope
you enjoy this site as much as I do. What section of the US are you from?
