I guess you could say I have been lurking lately. Some of you may remember I started selling boats part time over a year ago. My income from woodworking was not quite what I needed to survive so I started suplementing it. 3yrs of living off just what I made doing woodworking was getting tight. The good news is selling boats part time has been good too me. It allowed me too still do woodworking and gave me the money to rebuild the bottom half of an old 2 story barn behind my house. Well its almost done its my new woodworking shop. Its 19×30 there will be a room inside just for finishing. And later I will work on the top half too double the size of my shop. I will blog more on it later with some pictures.

Between both jobs and building new shop I have neglected this site. I would log on some to try and keep up man has this site grown, WOW. Let me say thanks to Martin for making this the best place on the web. And too Debbie for the great news letters that help keep members in touch with what happining.

Too my old friends Happy New Year I missed you all. And Welcome too all the new lumber jocks I hope too make many more friends. AS I look back thru this site I am so amazed at the talent of people here. A lot of new great projects and blogs and videos. They provide so much insperation to so many here.

I will post some new projects soon as well. I will stop babbling now as not too bore you all.
