There are many real artisans on Lumberjocks. I marvel at the work they produce. I am one of the other 90 percent of woodworkers. I love working with wood. I love spending time in my shop. But my skills are basic and my budget limited. No imported hardwoods, for me; no tools that cost more than my first car. But I love making something with my own hands and draw joy from the process.
