I have been retired from Butternut Bakeries (Wonder/Hostess) for 2 & 1/2 years after 31 years. I am married to a wonderful lady named Linda. Have no children, but have an absolutely spoiled rotten Llassa Apso.The plant where I worked was closed when I had 30 years in. Luckily I was able to age my time out and recieve a full pension at the age of 49. I came to the conclusion that I needed something to do, so I bought a scroll saw and loved it. My brother and myself pulled our resources together and put together a woodworking shop at his house. We have made several projects but are getting ready to start our own custom designed gun cabinets. I do a lot of scrollwork, stockpiling my inventory in preparation for upcoming festivals. I also do some carving as well as landscape painting. Kinda wished I knew about these abilities at an earlier age. Anyways, I love working with wood and am honored both to be a member of the Lumberjocks family as well as an American.
