Stanley No. 9 3/4 tailed block plane (1897 ish) - 8 replies Hi all, I was unable to find much information online except on Patricks Blood and Gore about the 9 3/4. I ran into one recently that was in very good condition (perfect mouth, no cracks, everything seems to be original, about 95% japanning, and extremely minor surface rust on some of the mechanisms.
