« Part 4: Summer's Here! Part 5 of cool T's series Part 6: Number Three - the "Air Plane" Tee! »

There’s a quote, something to the effect of “I’m so far behind I’ll never die”... If that’s true, and we need to finish everything we start, I’ve come quite far in my quest for immortality.

Why is it that I never seem to get anything done? Could it be the 60+ hour weeks? Trying desperately to cram projects, familytime and relaxation (you know, naps) into every weekend. Could it be jockeying for computertime, attempting to maintain three other blogs... Perhaps its arachnophobia...

Nope, it’s just that I tend to get more excited by what’s next than what’s now. So was DaVinci, so I’m in good company – not that I”m the Uomo Universale that he is.

In my rational, if not deranged way of thinking, If I don’t get started on the next thing, I’ll forget about it, and It’ll never come to pass. Or I’ll jot it down and lose the note. So at the expense of the current, and previous projects that are nearly done – and/or barely started – I have even more on my plate to taunt me.

In this blog series, I’ve already teased one design thats in the works, and since then I’ve debuted another. Now as it stands I have three in the works, though I’ve made no further progress on the ones previously started. But what I do have is a solid effort in the works to make good on my promise to deliver a new design each month all summer long.

Hopefully that promise will help to break me of my scattered attentions and good intentions…

But enough of that, do you want a preview of design number 3 (4 or 5). The next hot thing off the runway. What all the fashionable jocks will be wearing? Of course you do…

Be warned. Like the others, this one is a little bit punny – though in difference to the first two, (and other two forthcoming) this one is text free.

The work thus far – I’m thinking It’ll look great on a light blue shirt:

The design, like the others, is of course, copyright by me… available soon via cafepress or printfection summer 2007.

Scott -

“I’m so far behind I’ll never die”…

With LJ none of us will die – I can not even keep up with seeing what is new, much less make a comment or two – ALWAYS BEHIND WITHOUT A CHANCE OF CATCHING UP!

Anothe cool design – I like it!

Nice! I know the feeling. I have a business, my wife has a business, we have two busy kids, I have aging parents close by and all of that appears to take about 20 hours a day. That’s 2 hours in the shop, 2 hours to sleep….it’s all good though. It’s all good because I have a wife, a business, two wonderful kids, and my parents close by.

I agree with RobS.

So that makes three of us, so far, that’ll never meet in Heaven (or anywhere in the after life – or a more formal apres vie, perhaps?) that is unless we put our noses to the grindstone and get our growing to-do lists done.

Had a brainstorm this morning to take this design to the next level – Oh, I can’t wait to get this shirt!
