Hello Sboyle,

Let me welcome to LJs. I am sure that you will find being a member of this group to be both a rewarding and an inspirational part of your woodworking adventure.

Tom, I will take some pictures today and get them on. To let everyone else know, I am in the process of building my new shop. It is a 12×24 shop about 16 foot high at the peak. It is built, I ran 80 amp 220v panel to it. I just wire all the outlets(34 outlet to be exact, a little overkill I know) and hung the lights. I am adding two more windows tomorrow. Also this weekend I am insulating it. I can’t wait to get my tools setup and start making some dust. I did a little woodworking and woodturning in my basement but it was far from ideal. I loved doing the work but hated doing it in the basement. Plus, with a wife and 3 kids and one on the way, now I have my own space(a man cave). Maybe somebody can help me, It is hot in there. I installed a ridge vent but I am not getting much ventilation. Any ideas?? Thanks and I will post some pics.
