Need an upper guard for my 1950’s Skil radial arm saw. I have an old parts breakdown and need part #9231 for a 16” blade. Anyone suggest where to look besides the common on-line shops?

You can try someone from OWWM. This link takes you to the old Skil products where there are links to 50’s model RAS. You can try contacting one of the guys there. A lot of them rebuilt their tools and I’m sure they can set you up.

Here’s another to try. Not sure if they’ll have what you’re looking for. Good luck.

Found two possibilities: The Original Saw Co. (Jones Machinery Co.), Britt, IA and maybe Marvco Tool & Mfg. Inc., Elk Grove Village, IL.
