I got into woodworking in 2011. I hav not done a lot, but am enjoying the journey. Most recent activities have been craft typ projects. Scrollsaw items, carvings and such.
My shop is a mess and keeps me from doing more!! I dad one Shopsmith model 500 and was enjoying it so, when I found model 510 I bought it as an upgrade with the intent of using both. I can hardly use either one now as I am out of room in my original shop area and a larger area I could use needs lights and other wiring. I have been indisicve in proceeding with my move to a larger shop an now have some of my shop stuff on each room. When I start a task now, I cannot find anything. I am totally gridlocked, have yet to use the larger table system on my new Shopsmith, am not getting the pleasure I was. I will remove this rant in a bit(it is 7/29/2015 today).
I retired March of 2008 from a career in technology. Margy and I, moved from Omaha, NE to Northfield, MN in September 2008. We moved here to be close to Sarah, Sean, and our 2 grandchildren, Katie and Elliot.
