I am in the process of building up a new detached workshop which I started building March of last year. It is 16×24 and I have done all of the work myself except for the Foundation work and the roof shingling. I did have a barn raising party to frame it up and get the siding on. Thanks to my Dad, Brother, Father-in law, and my next door neighbor for all of their hard work. I have done just about everything else. I will get some pictures up shortly. It is a work in process, I am currently working on the left wall, I need to make a small cabinet for my RAS and then I will fit in Norms Miter Bench and Storage.
I have added up a couple of exterior shots of my shop. The first pic is at the end of Day one of the frame up of my shop. The second is how it looks today. The right inside wall of the shop has a entry door and my lumber storage rack, which I promptly filled up. The plywood to right of the rack is for Norm’s Miter Bench and Storage. It is a bit messy at this point. The main power tool in my shop is my DeWalt DW746 with 52 inch rails, which received a Wixey Saw Fence Digital Readout today (after a frustrating afternoon install). I will be posting a review of this here soon.

I am looking forward to seeing your pictures as well.
I built a bench with the same plans. One modification I made to it was incorporating small drawers in the extensions. It just seemed like a waste of space to cover these with plywood when small drawers would serve the same purpose.

Pretty nice shop! Looks like a lot of weight in lumber on that wall. Nice collection of wood!

I split a pallet with my father, of red oak shorts 5’ and smaller from 12” to 6” wide that was almost 6 ft tall and inverse pymarid shape. The whole bottom shelf is holding all of that load. 2×4s and some poplar in the middle, and my good stuff up top.
I have a load of 1×4x8 cedar up in the loft that I got from the M&G Sawmill in Huntsville. I also got some mesquite there too, some very preaty wood.

Thanks for the update. Why do I hear a woo hoo in the first picture. :) Nice shot. You have a serious stash of lumber. I can see a lot of projects in it. Nice saw too.
