While my younger brother "Troy" has had a page for a little over a year now I am just getting around to constructing mine. Like my brother I also attended Newcastle High School and attended woodshop for four years graduating in 2006.
I am currently a college student earning my B.A. in Justice Studies from Chadron State College in Nebraska, and I also previously earned an A.A. in Criminal Justice and an A.A.S. in Fire Science Technology from Casper College, in Wyoming.
During my high school wood working career I began my freshman year by making an end table, followed by a matching set of end tables my sophmore year, my junior year I constructed an angled grandfather clock with glass shelves, and finally my senior year, my pride and joy, a firefighter themed roll top desk. All of the plans for these projects were designed and hand drawn in the woodworking class.
I hope you enjoy the pictures feel free to comment and ask questions, I will do my best to keep up to date with this site. Enjoy!

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.
God Bless

Ryan, Welcome to Lumber Jocks. Can you post some pictures of the firefighter themed roll top desk? Sounds like a interesting project, my son is a certified level 2 fireman.
