Price is cheap, $50 for either.I have an Earlex 5500 right now, and like it, but if I could upgrade for $50 plus the cost of a decent gun maybe it would be worth it...

My wife is in the Coast Guard and after we moved here on 1 Jan 2012 we figured we’d be here for 4-5 years as those are the typical assignment lengths. Well, she just got orders to Corpus Christi for June. We’re more than happy to return to TX, but, I’ve been ‘collecting’ tools and now need to unload some things. ...

$40 for 5? Seemed like a deal (pic heavy) - 2 replies
So I responded to a Craigslist ad the other day, nice fellow buys old tools and re-sells what he doesn’t want and as he prefers powered tools he sells off most of the ‘manual’ type.I’m a novice hand plane user/owner but I couldn’t say no when he offered these 5 for $40, I bought a few hand saws and a few other do-da...

New to me Rockwell 34-440, needs help - 0 replies
Hi all!Have been keeping an eye on my local Craigslist for a month or so looking for an inexpensive but not ‘cheap’ table saw so that I can advance my minuscule WW skills. Yesterday a Rockwell 34-440 popped up for $100. Jumped on it, had to disassemble it to get it in the back of my jeep so I can’t post pictures yet. Motor fire...
