Part 1: New Stuff!
Almost as good as getting new tools is getting new lumber. A local saw mill had some great walnut. I was able to get a couple boards almost 20” wide, with clean, straight grain perfect for a table top that showcase a great inlay. Also on the haul were 2 slabs that would make a great bar or even other beautiful natural edges. The wide boards are 8’ long, the slabs are about 10’.
