There’s no such thing.! You need to buy the kit for the larger Triton router and then call HTC (new Triton owner) and ask them for the adapter bushing that lets you not have to mount the oversized base plate that comes with the guide kit. Don’t let them charge you for this. They shoud have provided it in the kit or, better yet, make a kit that’s designed for the 2 1/4 router. Just a nuisance. AND here’s another problem with the template guide setup in general: When you insert one of the bushings in the recessed mounting plate, there’s slop, so when you screw it down, it doesn’t sit precisely the same way each time and isn’t necessarily centered. Slop is about a heavy 64th”, which of course matters. Spoke to HTC about this, and was told that’s the way it is. They’re going to suggest a design change to their engineers so that in future template guide kits, the bushings will always seat the same way, but lot-o-good that does me. I haven’t even tried this router in a table yet, but so far, I have lots of complaints.

to tighten the bushings u can get a centering pin for the router collet and then put pipe tape on the bushing i forget what it’s called but this worked for me u find the tape in the plumbers asile should seat the same everytime. worked on my craftsman router and hitachi. good luck!

i guess you mean teflon tape. OK, good idea, but what is this centering pin you speak of and how do I use it? Thanks much.
