        <![CDATA[<p><img alt="aromatic cedar..." src="http://lumberjocks.com/assets/pictures/projects/245744-196x130.jpg" /></p><p>a neighbor of mine was very good to me and our community recently&#8230;<br />he gave me a piece of cedar, reclaimed from a timber framed barn, and i turned this lil bowl&#8230;<br />in turn, i donated the bowl to the boys and girls club of hood county for a silent auction&#8230;</p>


	<p>this lil project reminded me once again (HA!!!) about planning&#8230;<br />i cut three grooves into the outside with the intent of adding dark blue rings of inlace, only to find my can of resin just az hard az a rock&#8230;<br />the bowl sold with empty grooves&#8230; :D:D:D</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p><img alt="scrollsaw samples..." src="http://lumberjocks.com/assets/pictures/projects/113749-196x130.jpg" /></p><p>these are two patterns from Wood Magazine <a href="http://www.woodmagazine.com/">http://www.woodmagazine.com/</a> ...<br />i have been making tha lil valentine&#8217;s day knickknack for about twenty years running&#8230;<br />tha old man and lady are one of tha thingys i do that always seem to get a smile from folks&#8230;<br />in this specific instance, vicki and matt, two good friends of mine, were about to git hitched&#8230;<br />so i scrolled them some &#8220;before and after&#8221; scenarios&#8230;<br />HA!!!<br />i sometimes, depending on my customer&#8217;s wishes, customize these projects with individual&#8217;s names&#8230;<br />since i mostly use birch plywood, i paint almost all of my lil cutouts, except fer some fancy picture frames&#8230;<br />of which, i have not found my pics&#8230;<br />dang it&#8230;</p>

	<p>almost one hunnert percentile of my stoppers have gone to my family&#8230;<br />cousins, i love em&#8230;<br />they&#8217;re EVERYWHERE&#8230; <br />HA!!!</p>


	<p>just to preempt tha freudian crowd, yes, i AM quite taken wit tha female form&#8230;<br />HA!!!</p>
