Photo bucket at it’s best. LOL
No need for it here Robs just use LJ’s tools for adding pictures here as I’m sure you do as I don’t remember missing any of your great posts.

Its actually one of Les Hastings Blogs about making curved doors.

I only found it after I had finished making this one.

I wanted to learn more about his process, looks like there are replies but none mention pictures missing.

Photo bucket used to be a great some what simple way to add free pictures but now they what $$$ for their use and for me I don’t use it enough to be worth the cash, so now all my picture on sites like Toys and Joys have been hidden from view till I pay up.

That is a VERY COOL curved door!

Did you Steam it?
... or just cut it?

Awesome!

Thank you!

How I made the door.

The stiles are radiused with a router, front and back, the raised panels are simply radiused stiles glued together to form the panel, the rails are bandsawn close to the radius and glued together to make the depth then sanded to the radius of the door, took me about a week to produce one door.

A bit like offering a free ice cream and the after you have eaten it they want you to pay for it, nice try!

So I am assuming alll the images in projects and blogs process by photobucked originally as free are now non recoverable?

C’mon r’c’... Mr. Photobucket needs the $400 a helluva a lot more than you… he might have to downsize his private jet and move into a $5,000,000 house if you stay greedy

Now you may understand my philosophy of not reading… I never have to face this conundrum!

Hey #4, pay up… and when you do… can I use your account to post my pictures, BUDDY!... I’ll even try to self-censor them.

PS. I don’t object to any entrepreneur making his shekels from the Internet… But when you a lumbered with a $400 bill without notice after you have made use of a free service… it sucks… and even if they reverse their grab for cash, they can shove their site up their chocolate starfish.

I hadn’t been there for a while but my pictures are still there and I would guess I could down load them or use the snipping tool [MS] to get them back.
Here’s one of their sale pitches.

“Upgrade to our Plus 500 plan for $399.99 a year

That’s Just over $1 a day!”

Need I say more!!! LOL

Ducky beat me to the info!!! lol

Personally I have the originals on my PC so that is not an issue… The only problem I now have with the site is I don’t know how to delete the old pictures, cancel my account and do a Pontius Pilate of the site… followed up by drinking a few (OK many) casks of vino to obliterate them from my mind.

Oh well its all a bit too complicated for me I must say, so I guess I will have to go looking for something else to do as a project.

So in summary:
1. Please update your account really means send money.
2. For important info, really mens this is how much we are going to screw you for.

I take it nobody interested in donating their hard earned loot.

Maybe they should re name their product Dollar bucket.

Whoa there hoss, I have NO objection to donating your hard earned loot (or any of your extra nefarious income)...

I am greatfull that Mr/Mrs/Ms. LJ provides this forum for all our whimsical ideas…

Hey, political correctness has put the kibosh on my chauvinistic philosophy, gay activists have made me search my closet for skeletons and ISIS has made me walking down the street without a bomb detector near impossible… while we can still share our sawdust here, I will be forever grateful.

What!... I have no money!! after dropping my wad in your workshop !!

I am not sure just who in the salvation Army you handed it in to but rest assured it has not turned up here yet, nor have I received any cards to go pick it up at the Post Office so.

Consequently no member of the family has had a feed for a while, we just sit around waiting for the parcel to arrive.

I have deleted many times there and just have picture that were used on T&Y site but are now null and void so they just sit there using up their PB space cause there’s no need to go there any more.
All my pictures are on the hard drive and two others for safe keeping.
Really hope all are saving their pictures in more than one place, because their gone in a flash if you don’t.
