Flat Beaded Face Frame experimental work 2 and the final solution

As it had cooled off a bit outside today I decided to continue on with the Beaded Face frame activity. I left off with having everything at the dry assembled stage ready for beading. As the frame was so thin using pocket holes was out of the question, so I came up with a brainstorm to use Biscuits. However the ends cut OK but I was not able to cut the notches as my machine set at #0 did not fit on the narrow gap. So I had another brain storm I would simply set the cutter to #20 and cut it that way. That worked but the cutter slot was visible on either sides of the notch, a bit disapointing but I though I could overcome it later. Next was the actual beading, set up the bit...
