Welcome, I did exactly what you are wanting to do except that I am lucky enough to be within driving distance, 150 miles, of my granddaughter. I gave her the horse for her fist birthday and she is going on two now.
Enjoy,

Hi Robbi, I felt alot like you did. But I have to tell you it has been nothing but fun. It is addicting like they said. I love looking at everyone else’s stuff. I just mess around with wood. Never had lessons or read books. Just learned what I know on my own. Not that I know much. Don’t feel like I really belong here. Would love to learn more if I had the time. Just never enough of that. My daugher got married last year and she’s trying to get pregnat so I’ll probalby be a grandma too soon. Lookiing at your profile, you’ve been here a long time. Now I feel stupid. Ha, ha. Love your work.

Isn’t this site about expressing ourselves? To thine own self be true, just have a little respect for yourself and others. Make it in context and meaningful. Re read your posts and be true to yourself and respectful of others. Go for it. We might not be able to handle the truth, but we have to live with it. This is real, no retakes. You want art and artists or suppressed, inhibited, socially acceptable, what’ca’macallits? YEA!!!!!!!!
