I’m 5 foot 7 inches tall.Chris has a bench that...

Chest of Drawers with Panels - 8 replies

I am thinking about building a chest of drawers that is similar to the following: http://www.taunton.com/finewoodworking/Gallery/GalleryImage.aspx?id=4725 Notice that the sides are floating panels. Is this a good design? It seems like floating panels would not have near the strength of solid sides. Thanks!
