Been a lumber-sniffer all my life. It works best for me to work alongside a journeyman in a particular skill; that’s what I’m looking for now. For example, in my new workshop/garage I need to build wall cabinets. I’ve built plenty of cabinet carcasses before, but would love to build some with someone who really knows what he/she is doing. Last week, I purchased some great maple door fronts from the overstock place by the airport. Now, I’m looking for a “building buddy” to walk me through the best way to build carcasses. Does this kind of support exist out there?

Where are you located? Stillwater, New York? If so, I suggest you contact (join) the ,local NWA chapter. There is a meeting this Thursday evening.
