i plan on clamping at least 8 boards together marking them out…... use my chain saw to ruffly route them out then come in with my big router fitted with my 1” bit with a guide Bering and follow a jig and move it over each time has any one ever done this what problems do you think i will have. i want the fingers to stand proud about 1/4 ” while i got them clamped up i will camphor the edges the 1/4” after the guide jig is removed. what do you think…

another thing what is the best toy box hinge for safety ..?

That choice is yours to make … read the description in the catalog and make your choice. There are many to choose from that are specially designed for kids toy boxes.
Read as LIABILITY.
