I am admittedly a cheapskate and almost never buy tools at retail price. I usually spend hours shopping online and reading reviews before making a purchase. My son bought this blade 13 years ago, and in addition to all the furniture projects in the home shop he is a contractor for helping build homes. This blade is his only blade, and was used on site to cut everything for four houses. After cutting some very dense 31/2” Oak, he says it must be time for it’s FIRST sharpen, and intends for no one but Forrest to do it. It still cuts softer wood like butter.Billyup
