I received my new TS this past Thursday. The freight guy was kind enough to go ahead and put it in my garage for me :) That was excellent I thought and was not expecting that at all. Disclaimer I’m an amatuer woodworker with about 3 years of experience. I am not a professional, and I’m not paid to do this kind of work. OK, I finally pulled the trigger on a tablesaw. I have had this one in views for a few months. I did my countless hours of internet reviews as one should for such an item like this. I purchased the Grizzly 1023 SLW left tilt tablesaw with the router table extension. With everything setup as Grizzly suggested (as well as with my experience tuning tablesaws) it never ran quite right. There was a whirring sound, (I originally thought it was the motor) that was sometimes ear-piercing, not long into its use (few weeks). It had a definite rhythm that slowed in time with the belts. To put it bluntly, I love this Saw. Not, “Love” in the same sense as the way I feel for my wife, or my kids, or my dog, but this Saw is great. I was quite reluctant to buy it frankly.
