Bosch 1617EVSPK router kit

I bought this kit about 6 months ago and I love it. This router does everything that I expect it to do. The motor is strong enough for the tasks I ask of it. I have yet to try a panel raising bit in it but I don’t see it having trouble spinning such a large bit. I purchased this router set about 2 months ago and it has performed as I expect any tool with Bosch’s name on it to perform: perfectly. I recently acquired a Bosch router, the variable speed 2 1/4 hp 1617. It is day and night compared to my old Ryobi. First, it comes in a massive blue case with ample room for the router motor, fixed base and plunge base as well as accessories. It comes with the 1/4 and 1/2” collets, a set of wrenches, a manual and a special wrench to adjust the plunge base from above the table. You can adjust the speed from 8000 to 25000 rpm by turning a dial. It is also variable speed and will eas...
