Ultimate saw horse/table

Ultimate saw horse/table

This is the ultimate accessory in my garage shop. It, and it’s twin, gets pulled out on nearly every single project I take on. Sometimes it becomes semi permanent, and other times it’s out for an hour or two. I saw this table/horse about 2 years ago while strolling down the “Hey look at me, take me home” display isle at Home Depot and since I was with my wife she nonchalantly wiped the drool from my chin and said “Lets go to the plants now!” Since it wa...

Good evening LJ’s, 1. It came with an air hose2. Dual couplings 3. Goodies, Goodies,Goodies A few more of the great features are that it is oil free No oil to maintain, the controls are up front and easy to use, moisture drain is easy to use and operate, and the air ratchet, impact gun, and hose seal the deal. Out of the box the finish is nice and the overall quality is great but where this excels at is with my HVLP gun Although it is labeled for occasional use with spray guns I don...

A great little compressor at a very reasonable cost

A great little compressor at a very reasonable cost

For the past ten years I’ve been using a Harbor Freight, 21 gal. compressor and it’s served me well. In fact, I really didn’t take care of it and surprisingly it lasted as long as it did. I believe the original oil was in it. (yikes!) Of course, when I started my little business I started using the compressor on a regular basis and it started showing signs of failure. Blowing the breaker at startup, running slow and eventually not starting at all. I figured it was ti...

Not solely a woodworking tool but none the less.

I don’t know about you but I use screwdrivers allot around the shop. The problem is that there are so many different type and size of screws that I need several on hand at all time. They inevitably fall on the floor roll under the bench or simply disappear or blend in the mess on the bench top. Over the years I have bought several “multi “screwdrivers and they pretty much all were garbage. Now this one I must say is the “best screwdriver I have ever owned and will never buy an...

X-Horse ---They're BACK

X-Horse ---They're BACK

I did a review on this indispensible tool a few months back. It appeared at the that these were unfortunately dropped from Home Depots inventory. That was a sad day even for someone that already has two of them. Well wandering through HD’s isles the other day, I found a whole stack of them. The ones I have use aluminum pillars, whereas the new ones are using heavy plastic. I doubt the difference has any effect on the sturdiness of the stand/bench but I do like the pretty alumin...

What a value

What a value

So I had wanted an air compressor, but didn’t really feel that I had the space and money for one. I felt that a table saw would be a much more worthy purchase. At the same point I am always looking into what new tools I can buy and poking on homedepot.com I found this guy. Originally $60 but they had it down for $40. I had some credit card rewards so after shipping and tax it only cost me like $13. This is a reconditioned kit and while it certainly looks it (some small scratches and ...
