I got this for my daughter from highlandwoodworking.com as she likes to help in the shop and will cover her ears with her hands everytime a power tool is turned on (very good). I want her to be able to help with jigsaw cuts and sanding and having the shopvac on while working with both so this is a must to have her focused on the work and not on the noise. i just got my new worktunes headphones and i have got to say that i love them. they are wonderful to use. the ones that i got have just an am/fm radio but you can also get ones to hook up to your ipod. the radio ones cost 50 and i think the ipod ones are around 80 or 90. they are very heavy duty and seem like they will last a lot longer than the other pairs that i have got before. they are nice to have when using the table saw and the miter saw but where they really shines is while ripping a ...

Got these for my B-day from my wife. I guess that she was getting tired of having to enter the workshop and kick me while i was working to attract my attention.The earmuff are class 5 with radio and active surround noise filtering. in simple words, you can work with the earmuffs and still hear what you are doing, but completely protect your hearing.
