OK..OK…this isn’t about a new cool tool. However, sometimes it is nice to recognize the service and people behind those cool new tools.
I recently placed an order with Penn State Industries online and used a gift debit card that I thought had enough on it to cover the order. Well, it didn’t and the order “bounced.” I got a very nice call and email and the Customer Service agent (Judy) worked things out for me with as courteous a tone as you could imagine. She even gave me $10 off my order to match the balance on my gift card. Wow…my mistake and they give me $10. That’s service!
