- iGAGING Height Gauge
- Brand: iGAGING | Category: Measuring Tools

Some indulgence on my part and to treat my self to more digital technology.
This height gauge (although by no means a requirement in the shop) sure makes height adjustment a breeze and fun for saw blades, dado stack and router bits.
The read out can display inches, mm and fractional with ABS and hold functions.
It is extremely solid built with heavy thick base that has magnets. The rest/measuring arm is also ¼ inch thick
So it rests nice on the blades and bits. Has a smooth travel with no play and a lock down.
As a bonus, It is a dead on 90 degree square.

Thanks for FB. Yes I’m sure it will get a lot of use especially for setting up dado thickness. It will take the guesswork out of shims and of course depth of cut.
Playing with the brass setup blocks, it reads 100% on each one.
So, the next time I need to cut a dado for plywood, I would just set this up to plywood
Thickness first and then through the dado stack under it.
