I picked up the video at the Woodworking Show after Bob completed his seminar. The video is about 80 minutes long and goes through the steps needed to bring wood bodied and transitional planes back to life. Topics include, rust removal, Japanning, flattening, tuning and building a complete replacement body. There are additional PDF files on the disk that have templates for making throat patches, totes, and new wood bodies. This DVD is a good resource for anyone starting out restoring wood planes. You can Google Settich Media or order from many of the on-line superstores.
