Just a quick review of Incra’s customer service – which I give a resounding 5 stars! I bought one of their table saw router table combo packages back in mid December & just got around to opening up the boxes. I am installing the fence system and router table on a new SawStop PCS that I just picked up this weekend. First of all, their ordering process and shipping were spot-on. Obviously, I should have opened up all of the packages when I received them, but I did not open up the box that held the router table top. So, this weekend I jumped into installing everything on the saw & discovered that the router table top had been damaged in transit & had some significant cracks that make it un-usable. I emailed Mark Mueller at Incra (link on their website) on Sunday afternoon asking if there was anything they could do. I expected that they might not be able to do anything since so much time had passed. Well, Mark emailed me first thing this morning (Monday) saying that a new table was on it’s way & no need to return the damaged top. If there is anything that separates one vendor from another, it’s good customer service & standing by your product. So, Incra – 5 stars & lifelong customer.
After I get the system installed & have had a chance to use it, I will do a review of the actual product – but I thought that kudos were due to a good company that cares about their customers.
