This book review is from the April 2012 issue of our LumberJocks’ eMag

Toolemera is donating another book for a free draw! (See below for details)
Working Drawings of Colonial Furniture By Frederick J. Bryant

Oh how I wish I was a “real” woodworker. This book has the plans for the most beautiful furniture, including a gate-leg table that is very similar to an heirloom piece I have that was passed down from my great-grandfather, a banjo clock (I’d never heard of this before), and a Hepplewhite chair.

The designs are beautiful, the plans are precise (or they appear to be, to me) and the historic notes are fascinating!

Two thumbs up for this book!

One random draw winner will receive a copy of the book.
To enter your name in the draw, click here and answer the two easy questions.
Deadline: June 10, 2012

Another big thank-you to Fox Chapel Publishing for their continued donation of books for free draws here at

Debbie, I think you may have omitted the link to the questions.

“Deadline: May 10th, 2012”?

I guess the plans for the time machine got held up in the mail… :)
