I ordered the wrong bits. DOH~!!
Yah I’m mathematically challenged or something, but when I called to see about correcting it Alan was more than helpful he even told me to hang on to the bits I have to return them in using a mailer He’ll provide and isn’t charging me postage and the error was all mine.
Lickedy split he even told me it’s going out today.
Can’t beat that for customer service.
Their pricing is good too.

I’ve had a positive experience with Alan also. Great customer service, and Whiteside; company, products and service is great too!

Well if I learned nothing else today it’s that UniCode Hearts don’t translate well on the LJ review titles
♥♥♥♥♥
That’s four hearts lets see if it translates
Yup it did but it wouldn’t do so in the title Odd Huh?

It is always nice to hear about good customer service. I work a second job in a call center fraud dept. which is an arm of the CS Dept. When I was in CS I had the power to make things right regardless of who was at fault, or fall back on Co. policy of all sales final. It pretty much came down to how I was treated, if they were honest and polite, as you were, I would go out of my way to make things right. If the caller was rude and overly demanding, tough, I cant fix stupid(or rude). I had callers that wanted to vent and that was fine, just don’t take it out on me. I would give them a minute or two to get it off their chest, then get down to what happened and how can I make it right. In the end they got what they gave.
