Bought this from Lowes a few years ago. I don’t remember the exact price, but it was less than $100.
This is a benchtop model and it has a laser sight that works very well. This is a feature that I like a lot.
To change the speed, I need to open the top and change the belt to one of the other pulleys.
A nice touch is that there is a drawer on the base that can be used to hold the chuck, as well as other tools for servicing the machine.
One limitation of this drill press is that there is no way to set a stop on the press, so that you can always bring press all the way down.
This is not a high end drill press, but it serves my needs very well. I find it to be accurate and I can finally put straight 90 degree holes into my projects.
I don’t know if they sell these anymore, but I found this one to be so good, I don’t feel any need to upgrade to something better.
