Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.
God Bless

Thanks Tom – I feel like a kid in a candy store – don’t know what to reach for first. So much awesome info available, will just have to take my time going through as much as I can. I do have 2 recent projects to post,a TV cabinet, and a corner cabinet, but my pics are too big. I’m going to try and reduce the size with photo editing software. I look forward to meeting more fellow woodworkers. Theres not very many of us where I live.
Thanks,
Mike

Welcome. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself a few months ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…
Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…

Mike, welcome to LJ’s. Glad I got a new bud in Fairbanks! I learn a lot here with plenty of daily inspiration. Check out Russ on my buddies list. He’s our other Fairbanks woodworker on here.

Recently relocated to Colorado Springs from fairbanks, Alaska. Staying with family till we can find a place to live, so my furniture building will be at a temporary standstill. Only been here a week and am already going crazy without my shop.
