As for the Hurricane… I went through Andrew and watched as my house blew apart around me. Seemed like the worst thing that had happened to me ever, but at least I survived (even though the house didn’t). Fortunately, with the help of insurance and good friends, it actually turned out for the best. To those effected, the worst is over and it can only get better from here on out. Good luck and stay tough.

Cheers,
Brad

The OP seemed like a sincere post with no ill will or baiting anyone.

If someone is atheist and doesn’t believe in that, then how hard is it really to skip the thread? To attack someone with good intent and to try to start a holy war on a woodworking website seems a bit silly to me.

I’ve been Admini/Owner and moderator on a good many of these types of websites and realize that these things do happen. In the end though, cooler heads should prevail and the OP’s intent should be all that matters. This is not the time and place to get into a religious debate.

I removed several posts in this thread.

Right now, our thoughts should be on the thousands of lives that have been impacted by this storm, not on how each of us chooses to express our thoughts about it.

Let’s move on now.

It is almost impossible to fathom that the amount of water that this hurricane has dropped on that area, best guess is between 15 and 25 trillion gallons.

Praying that more people do not die in this catastrophic event!

Beautiful makeover. Reminds me of the Jerome Grand Hotel.
