I agree thought about that but for same price I can get the Powermatic wedge with spiral head

Problem solved grizzly just got a couple 490 jointers in for my zip
Orderd the shelix head and new bearings

Spiral head is #1 upgrade, parallelogram beds is a close #2.
I use the Delta DJ-20 with parallelogram beds and it is great. Settings never change, and the tables never sag.
