Wonderful Jim! it couldn’t happen to a nicer guy! I hope we will be able to follow with. I followed your earlier advice and subscribed to Neil’s newsletter, so please keep us informed about when we can see your project. I would wish you luck with it, but I know you have the skills, so it will be fun to just see the result.

I certainly hope you blog it. I have been watching him build the hunt board from the “Cases and Bases” DVD with wide mahogany. He makes crafting it look so easy… which I know it’s not… and there are so many things to think about when you are making something of quality to last.

I don’t think Charles Neil could have done anything more to prove his woodworking excellence than to recognize yours, Jim.

Every time I flip around your website … I’m in absolute awe of your talents.

We knew it. Apparently, Mr. Neil does, too!

Knock this one out of the park, buddy, and … enjoy the mahogany :-)

Set the still camera on a tripod (or a cabinet or ….), and be sure to click a picture every 5, 10, 30, or 60 minutes.

Time-lapsed photography. If you use the camera’s “self-timer” feature, then you can get back to the bench before it snaps the shutter.

It won’t be AS good, but … I still wanna’ see it!
