Customer support good.’
The lift is well built. There is only one moving part and that is the screw for depth adjustment.
It is as accurate as the user. Like any scale on woodworking machines it is accurate but you should still do test cuts to dial it in to where you need it.

I assume you are talking about this one:

I have it (bought it on sale at Woodcraft last year). I have been very happy with it. I am hobbyist, so it gets only lite use.

In terms of accuracy, I have regularly made <1mm adjustments to the bit height with no issues.

I have had mine for a little over a year now. I wouldn’t want any other lift. It is rock solid, and I’m using interior door sized bits. The panel raising bit is over 3-1/2 inches in diameter. The nut for the lead screw is a split design that’s adjustable with a rubber o-ring that allows you it to have zero backlash. I installed a Wixey WR525 Remote Digital Readout and can literally turn the handle back and forth and watch the readout change in 0.001 inch increments without any backlash. It’s pretty amazing.

If you do get one and want to add the digital readout, PM me and I’ll send you photos of how I mounted it to the lift. It’s not a drop-in item.

I just noticed that your question was in reference to the Rout-R-lift. I have the Mast-R-Lift II and my comments were based on it. Many of the features, such as the adjustable thread tension are the same though.

Also, they have a list of compatible router motors on their web site.

Great lift. Rugged and easily adjusted for precise cuts. Jessem’s customer service is excellent.

It’s a very good one. I doubt you’d be dissatisfied.
