Everything you mention is still available, and as a bonus, it’s now cheaper :)
Only downside is you can’t just drive to the BORG to pick them up.

Yep! The old stuff is long gone, but there are some pretty good items still available. I’ve picked up some good USA stuff from the Bay sellers, garage sales, etc.
I guess that we’ve gotta be more tuned to local sales.

When I sell off there should be a path beaten to my door. I have an 1988 Delta Unisaw that I bought new and still runs like a dream. That is for starters.

I just got back into woodworking last year after a similar time off. Fortunately, my tool inventory was intact, and I’m not having to start from scratch. I still have my made in America Delta saw and my 1950’s era band saw from Atlas in Kalamazoo, MI. I’ve made them even better with aftermarket upgrades.

I do love the quality and precision of products I have upgraded to, such as the table saw router table attachment from Bench Dog, the JessEm router lift (no more working under the table), and others. Adding the Wixey digital readouts to my router lift and thickness planer has made life so much nicer.

I’m also very pleased with the new products that add control and safety to operations from MagSwitch and MicroJig.
